Refund policy

Polymer clay is lightweight + durable but should still be handled with care. If dropped, smashed, or stored incorrectly, your earrings may break or become damaged. 

If your earrings arrive damaged or break within 30 days of receiving, I will refund the cost of the earrings or replace (if available). Please email me at claybykelly@gmail.com and send me a photo of the damage. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
